Cranial Sacral Bodywork

As a Licensed Bodyworker, I provide therapeutic touch to help my client's bodies integrate and find restoration through the techniques of Biodynamic Cranial Sacral. Cranial Sacral is a gentle yet deep modality that allows our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies to reconnect and find ease. It is an effective modality for addressing various forms of tension, stress, discomfort, and traumatic patterning to bring greater ease, flow, and integration with the natural resources of the body.

Since 2021, I've been studying and training under Todd Jackson's Biodynamic Cranial Sacral lineage which has given me the tools to bring my clients the healing touch they deserve in moments of crisis and in moments of peaceful integration.
